• You will receive all the source code and supporting files used to create the Website Application.
  
  
• The Website Application is fully customizable. You can modify the website application to fit your company. You can make modifications by using Dreamweaver, Interdev, or Notepad.
  
  You must have knowledge and experience in web design and ASP development to customize the website.
  
  
• The Website Application was built using ASP (vbscript) and you have full control of the source code. The database is stored on your website server (no link back to us).
  
  
• You will need to host the Web Application on a windows server with access database support.

  • MS Access database support
  • Active Server Pages (ASP)
  • CDONTS or CDOSYS email component
  
  
• The following are recommended hosting providers for the Website Application:
  
  • Go Daddy Hosting - Choose your operating system as windows!
  • If you have an account with godaddy and prefer us to setup the website we charge $200.00. This includes install and setup only, does not include any customizations to the application.  Please contact us before making your payment.
  • We recommend GoDaddy as a hosting provider. We DO NOT install, setup, or support our applications for other hosting providers.

If you already have a hosting provider you can view the server components installed on the hosting server by downloading and installing the test server components file to your hosting server.

Answer: Instructions on how to install and setup the application are included with our products.

FAQ: Do you offer support?
Answer: We offer limited support by email, use the form request support to contact us. We do not provide support by phone.

FAQ: Can I download my purchase?
Answer: Yes, the product will be available to download upon payment.

FAQ: Can I resell the Real Estate/Rental Property website to realtors or property manangers in my area?
Answer: Yes, our licensing is one license per domain. contact us for information on RESALE RIGHTS. Please note you will be responsible to support your customer.

FAQ: Can the website colors and button text be changed on the websites?
Answer: Yes, the source files (css and .png) are included with the purchase.

FAQ: What if I need a different layout for the website?
Answer: If you have a layout (template) in mind, we can integrate the application into the template. Email us for a quote.
