Warranty

Micronet Warranty Policy All code provided by Micronet is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty. Neither the authors nor Micronet make any representation, or warranty, either express or implied, with respect to the programs, their quality, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. Therefore, neither the authors nor Micronet shall have any liability to you or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly by the programs provided by Micronet. This includes, but is not limited to, interruption of service, loss of data, loss of profits, or consequential damages from the use of these programs. Electronic Media and Downloads: If you are purchasing our software and it is delivered by digital download, the product will be available to download once your payment has been received and verified with PayPal. Due to our products being electronic media ALL sales are final. Products found to be defective will be exchanged for the same item only. No exceptions. If you feel a warrantee issue applies to your product, please contact a Micronet customer service representative for further information. If your product falls under Micronet's warrantee policy, a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued. With this number your return will be accepted and inspected for product quality. If found defective we reserve the right to exchange, repair or replace any item under warrantee. Additional warrantess may apply for new products, see manufacturer's information for details. We do not offer any freight reimbursement for returned merchandise. Any unauthorized returns shipped to Micronet without proper RMA authorization will be refused. Shipping methods may vary and are not guaranteed to be dispatched at the same method or timing as the original purchase. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATIONS (RMA#) are required to ship any products to Micronet. Without a RMA# your products will be refused at our warehouse location and shipped back to you at your expense.
